More about event

Topic: 4-day working week - the new reality?

The experience of the pandemic has forced a change in the approach to time management in companies, and - in many cases - a shift to remote or hybrid working together with a reorganisation of work schedules. This has led many experts and managers to boldly discuss going one step further and reducing the working week, ideally to 32 hours in an average four-day working week.

Together with Déhora Poland, Filipiak Babicz Legal, CBRE and Randstad Poland, we want to talk broadly, is the idea of a four-day working week our near future, or is it just a temporary whim of wealthy companies? What are the arguments for the reduction of working time, and what else do we need to consider? How does it work in practice? How will it effect the demand for commercial property? And is the Polish labour code ready for such radical change?

We will try to answer these and other questions during the stationary event on April 28, 2022. (10:00-12:00 CET) at CBRE Poznań, Młyńska 12.

NOTE: The event will be held in Polish.
