DESCRIPTION:Join the United for Equality coalition webinar: Gender Equality in Business Practice – Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs)\n\nDate: 30 July 2026 | Online\nTime: 10:00–11:30\n\nNPCC and other bilateral chambers are part of the United for Equality coalition\, launched at the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s “Ring the Bell for Gender Equality” event to strengthen the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals\, in particular SDG 5 – Gender Equality\, in business practice. As part of this initiative\, UN Global Compact Network Poland and the Polish‑Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce invite NPCC members and their companies to a practical online training on Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) – a global framework developed by UN Global Compact and UN Women to help organisations build inclusive workplaces\, prevent discrimination and violence\, and strengthen women’s participation in decision‑making and supply chains. \nDuring the webinar\, participants will: \n\nLearn the seven WEPs and how to apply them in everyday business practice.\nUnderstand how gender‑inclusive policies improve talent attraction\, employer branding\, and financial performance.\nPrepare to use the WEPs Gender Gap Analysis Tool\, a comprehensive instrument for assessing current processes and identifying areas for improvement.\n\nThe session will be followed by three dedicated Q&A meetings (13 August\, 27 August\, and 8 September) to help companies address questions and challenges related to implementing gender equality policies. \nYou can register through this link: HERE. \nMembers are also encouraged to explore joining United Nations Global Compact\, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative\, to gain access to global tools\, best practices\, and opportunities for engagement on responsible business and human rights.
