She specializes in corporate taxation\, international tax law\, VAT\, and tax on civil law transactions. She advises clients on tax planning\, company restructuring\, and tax credit settlements (R&D relief\, IP Box\, new investment relief). She also represents clients in tax proceedings and litigation.\nShe has extensive experience in tax due diligence\, regulatory compliance\, and cross-border tax structuring. She regularly conducts specialized tax training sessions for businesses and financial institutions. She also advises clients on the establishment and legal aspects of family foundations\, supporting clients throughout the entire process. Before joining GESSEL\, she was a tax partner at Arena Tax and gained experience at Mazars and Deloitte.

A specialist in public relations and communication\, he collaborates with the media to share insights about the future of the labor market with employers and talent.\nFor nearly 20 years\, he has been involved in the fields of communication and marketing. He has worked as a journalist\, including at Polish Radio\, where he covered social issues related to the labor market. He is a sociology graduate from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. \n
