DESCRIPTION:On behalf of all organising Chambers and Partners\, we are delighted to invite you to the upcoming edition of the International Speed Business Mixer – this time in the vibrant city of Wrocław! \nHighly popular among chamber members\, Speed Business Mixers offer a dynamic and effective networking platform. This engaging format provides a unique opportunity to forge new professional connections and strengthen existing ones. Following the structured meeting rounds\, participants can continue conversations in a relaxed\, social setting while enjoying a selection of delicious food and beverages. \nThe event features three structured 20-minute sessions designed for maximum efficiency. Each participant will be assigned to a group of up to 10 professionals\, where they will have two minutes to introduce their company. After all presentations and the exchange of business cards\, participants will move to their next group according to a personalized schedule. \nEvent details:  \nDate: Wednesday\, April 2\, 2025\nVenue: Wyndham Wrocław Old Town\, Świętego Mikołaja 67\, 50-127 Wrocław\nTime: 10:00-13:30 \nTo register for Speed Mixer part\, please fill in the form by Friday\, March 28\, at 12:00 PM. \nIf you wish to register only for networking\, please send an email to office@npcc.pl by Friday\, March 28\, at 12:00 PM. \nParticipation for the NPCC’s members is free of charge (1 person for the Speed Mixer\, second person for the cocktail). Any additional participants can join the cocktail party for 250 PLN net per person. \nThe price for non-member representatives is 450 PLN net. \nAgenda: \n10:00-10:20 – Registration\n10:20-10:30 – Official Opening\n10:30-10:45 – Panel Discussion\n10:45-11:45 – Speed Business Mixer\n11:45-13:30 – Networking \nNote: If you would like to participate only in the Networking portion of the event (starting at 12:00)\, please send us an email at office@npcc.pl to confirm your registration. \nDon’t miss this opportunity to expand your network and connect with like-minded professionals in an engaging and productive environment. We look forward to welcoming you in Wrocław! \nEvent regulations: \n🔹Only one representative from each company can join the Speed Mixer part of the meeting\, regardless of how many chambers they are affiliated with. A second representative from the same company is welcome at the networking part\, starting at 12:00.\n🔹Upon arrival\, each participant registered for the Speed Business Mixer\, will receive a personalised meetings schedule. The organizers will make every effort to create a schedule that best aligns with the preferences indicated on the registration form\, however\, there is no guarantee that all preferences can be accommodated.\n🔹Participants will be divided into groups of up to 10 people. In one round\, each participant will have 2 minutes to introduce their company. After all participants in the group have presented (approximately 20 minutes) and exchanged business cards\, participants will move to the next group according to their individual schedules. The number of groups depends on the total number of participants.\n🔹Participation is free of charge for companies affiliated with NPCC – for 1 person for the Speed Mixer part and second person for the networking. Any additional company representative can join the networking part for 250 PLN net.\n🔹For non-affiliated companies\, the cost is 450 PLN net per person.\n🔹Due to the limited number of places\, persons who confirm their attendance but do not participate and do not cancel their participation by 26.03.2025\, will be invoiced 250 PLN net (for members) or 450 PLN net (for non-members) to cover the costs.\n🔹Persons interested in participation\, please complete the registration form by 26.03.2025.
