DESCRIPTION:On behalf of the organiser – the law firm VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI\, the NPCC cordially invites to the meeting: ‘Preventing mobbing and discrimination. A perspective on payroll disclosure regulation and ESG’\, which will be held on Wednesday\, 20 November 2024 in an online format\, from 10:00 – 15:30. The conference is directed in particular to employer representatives – HR managers and HR heads. Participation is free of charge\, registration via the form. \nDuring the meeting\, the speakers – Karolina Barałkiewicz-Sokal\, Paula Staszak-Urbańska\, LL.M.\, Władysław Grochowski\, Marcin Stanecki\, Ewa Młynarska\, Jacek Hutyra\, Edyta Jagodzińska-Pawluk\, Nadia Winiarska\, Tomasz Kałużny\, Maciej Rosa\, Michał Pajdak will look at mobbing and discrimination from different perspectives – legal and judicial\, psychological as well as from the employers’ perspective. Our practical experience.”! \nThe Law on protection of whistleblowers is about to enter into force. Implementations are already underway in many organizations\, and companies with headquarters in other EU countries\, where laws protecting whistleblowers are already in place\, are facing particular challenges. We have also noticed a tendency to take a bit of a “shortcut” and adopt procedures sent from headquarters one-to-one.
