DESCRIPTION:We warmly invite HR directors and managers to attend an exclusive session focused on the impact of AI on HR processes. \nAI is revolutionizing HR by providing companies with innovative tools to enhance recruitment\, employee engagement\, and workforce management. From AI-powered applicant tracking systems (ATS) that quickly identify top candidates\, to chatbots that automate initial screening\, AI is making hiring faster and more efficient. Moreover\, predictive analytics can help anticipate employee turnover\, evaluate performance\, and customize development plans. While large corporations are leading AI adoption\, small and mid-sized companies face hurdles like budget limitations and data integration. \nIn this session\, together with specialists from Randstad\, we will explore whether HR teams are prepared for AI adoption. What are the potential benefits and risks? We reserve the right to select participants at our discretion. \nPanelists: \nAlek El Mahdi\nAt Randstad Polska\, responsible for the technology area\, primarily focusing on the implementation of the global ICT strategy while simultaneously developing and supporting local innovations and systems. Alek works closely with the management board to digitize and optimize business processes. From the beginning of his career\, he has been involved in IT\, implementing new technologies\, and digital transformations. He gained IT project experience at Orange Polska and BNP Group. He has 20 years of experience in the IT industry\, with 8 of those years dedicated to HR/HRtech. A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology and the University of Warsaw. \n  \nMateusz Żydek \nAt Randstad Polska\, he manages labor market research projects within the Randstad Research Institute\, identifying and analyzing HR trends and studying the impact of macroeconomic factors on the Polish labor market. A specialist in public relations and communication\, he collaborates with the media to share insights about the future of the labor market with employers and talent.\nFor nearly 20 years\, he has been involved in the fields of communication and marketing. He has worked as a journalist\, including at Polish Radio\, where he covered social issues related to the labor market. He is a sociology graduate from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. \n
