DESCRIPTION:The NPCC\, together with the sponsor of the event Ayvens\, have the pleasure of inviting you to the next edition of the International Speed Business Mixer. \nThis edition will be held in the Regent Hotel in Warsaw (ul. Belwederska 23\, 00-761 Warszawa) and promises to offer a compelling experience. The unique aspect of the international business mixers is the presence of members from 14 chambers of commerce\, which gives you a unique opportunity to connect to a wider network of organizations. \nThursday\, November 7\nHotel Regent ul. Belwederska 23\, 00-761 Warszawa)\n18:00-21:00 \nFor the Speed Mixer part\, we can accept only 1 representative from the company. The second company representative is welcome to join the Networking Business Drink\, starting at 19:30. \nParticipation for the NPCC’s members is free of charge (1 person for the Speed Mixer\, second person for the cocktail). Any additional participant can join the cocktail party for 250 PLN net. The price for non-member representatives is 450 PLN net. \n  \nAgenda: \n17:30-18:00 – Registration \n18:00-18:20 – Opening Remarks\nWelcome address by representatives of the chambers and event sponsors. \n18.20 – 19.30 – Speed Business Mixer\nParticipants will engage in a series of structured\, time-efficient meetings designed to facilitate business introductions. They will be divided into groups of up to 10 people. In each round\, every participant will have 2 minutes to introduce their company. Each session within a group will last approximately 20 minutes. After all presentations and the exchange of the business cards\, participants will move to the next group\, according to their individual schedules. The number of groups depends on the total number of participants. \nThis is a unique networking formula that allows you to gain a lot of contacts in a short time. \n19.30 – 21.00 – Networking Business Drink\nBusiness Mixers are highly popular among members of all chambers. This less formal format provides participants with an excellent opportunity to establish new professional relationships and reinforce existing ones. Over a selection of tasty food\, desserts\, and beverages\, participants can continue conversations initiated during the Speed Business Mixer in a more relaxed\, social setting. \n  \nEvent regulations: \n\nFor the Speed Business Mixer part\, we can accept only one representative from each company. A second company representative is welcome to join the Networking Business Drink\, which starts at 19:30.\nUpon arrival\, each participant registered for the Speed Business Mixer\, will receive a personalised meetings schedule. The organizers will make every effort to create a schedule that best aligns with the preferences indicated on the registration form\, however\, there is no guarantee that all preferences can be accommodated.\nParticipants will be divided into groups of up to 10 people. In one round\, each participant will have 2 minutes to introduce their company. After all participants in the group have presented (approximately 20 minutes) and exchanged business cards\, participants will move to the next group according to their individual schedules. The number of groups depends on the total number of participants.\nParticipation is free of charge for companies affiliated with NPCC – for 1 person for the Speed Mixer part and second person for the networking. Any additional company representative can join the networking part for 250 PLN net.\nFor non-affiliated companies\, the cost is 450 PLN net per person.\nDue to the limited number of places\, persons who confirm their attendance but do not participate and do not cancel their participation by 4.11.2024\, will be invoiced 250 PLN net (for members) or 450 PLN net (for non-members) to cover the costs.\nPersons interested in participation\, please complete the registration form by 31.10.2024.
