Ghelamco

Ghelamco is one of the major international developers and investors in Europe, active in Belgium, Poland, France and Russia. Thirty years of continuous presence in Poland has resulted in more than 1,200,000 sqm of delivered office, residential, retail and warehouse projects. Ghelamco was the first developer in Poland to obtain BREEAM certification and the first to receive the Excellent and Outstanding ratings. Ghelamco was also the first developer in CEE to win an MIPIM Award for Best Office and Business Development – for Warsaw Spire. In total, Ghelamco has won over 50 awards.
