Deloitte’s 2025 Report on Polish Construction Companies

The construction industry is currently facing many difficult challenges caused by the economic slowdown, fewer projects, or persistently high interest rates that discourage investors from implementing new projects. How long will the period of downturn last? What will the market look like in the coming years and what will be the main determinants of development? How are the largest Polish construction companies coping with the challenges?
On the premiere of the 13th edition of the Polish Construction Companies 2025 report, we invite you to a meeting during which we will present the most important conclusions from the report.
The special guest of the event will be the President of Port Polska, Mr. Filip Czernicki.
The presentation will be complemented by a conversation with representatives of leading construction companies in Poland on the condition of the market, prevailing trends, and plans for the future.
