Become an Intern

The Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization based in Warsaw, dedicated to fostering and enhancing business relations between the Netherlands and Poland. NPCC serves as a vital platform for Dutch and Polish companies, offering networking opportunities, business services, and representing the interests of its members. As an intern at NPCC, you'll have the chance to become part of an internationally-oriented organization actively engaged in promoting economic cooperation and trade between two dynamic countries.

Internship Responsibilities: As an intern at NPCC, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fields of international relations and networking. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in organizing both large and small events, including conferences, seminars, and networking gatherings that may host up to three hundred people.
  • Preparing and facilitating knowledge circles to promote knowledge exchange.
  • Conducting administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of NPCC.
  • Communicating with members and maintaining relationships with both members and government officials.
  • Representing the NPCC at events and engagements.
  • Contributing to the overall activities of the organization in various capacities.

 

Qualifications:

  • A strong affinity with international relations and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adequate level of English in speaking and writing.
  • Availability of approximately 4 days a week (negotiable)
  • Available for 5-6 months (negotiable)

In addition to your internship, you’ll have enough free time to explore the vibrant city of Warsaw, with its rich nightlife, cultural attractions, and diverse experiences. You will be working in a small, close-knit team where we you get the opportunity to develop your skills and focus on specific topics of your interest. It is not necessary to be familiar with the Polish language, the operating language is English.
