The Law on protection of whistleblowers is about to enter into force. Implementations are already underway in many organizations, and companies with headquarters in other EU countries, where laws protecting whistleblowers are already in place, are facing particular challenges. We have also noticed a tendency to take a bit of a “shortcut” and adopt procedures sent from headquarters one-to-one. Of course, it is worth using good solutions, but in order for the implementation to comply with the Polish law, foreign solutions should not be copied 1:1, as Polish regulations have their own specifics.

During the webinar, we will highlight the key aspects to consider when implementing a whistleblower protection procedure in Polish entities within an international capital group.
