Adam Smuga
Experienced legal advisor, Managing Partner at the consulting firm TIAS. He has participated in many investment projects, numerous due diligence studies and economic missions. For years, he has specialised in providing legal services to foreign investors in Poland, with a particular focus on the Asian market. Adam is also involved in assisting the non-governmental sector – he advised, among others, one of the largest non-governmental organisations in Europe in the fight for the rights of young people, creating draft solutions in this area at the European Union level.

An experienced SAP FI Consultant and Delivery Partner with over 13 years of experience. He is responsible for the successful implementation of M&A projects on an international scale, including in one of the largest FMCG companies in the world, where he deals with complex solutions and enterprise support at every stage of the processes. As Team Leader SAP FI/CO, he plays a key role in complex SAP implementations in the areas of finance, controlling and system security. His skills include the role of lead analyst, ABAP programming, conducting end-user training and support during the start-up phase (Go-live support).
