Join us for the International Speed Business Mixer—a one-of-a-kind networking event connecting professionals from across industries and borders.

The Speed Business Meeting format offers a dynamic and effective way to present your company, exchange contacts, and explore new business opportunities. Thanks to the cooperation of over a dozen international bilateral chambers of commerce, participants gain access to an exceptionally wide and diverse business audience.

The event includes structured, 20-minute Speed Networking sessions, where each participant will have 2 minutes to present their company before moving on to the next group. After these fast-paced sessions, attendees can continue conversations in a relaxed setting during the Business Mixer, accompanied by a warm buffet, dessert, and drinks.

Regulations of the International Speed Business Meeting

6 November 2025, 18:00-21:00, Regent Warsaw Hotel

1. Only one representative from each company interested in the meeting may take part. A second person from the company may attend the second part of the meeting — the Networking Session — at an additional cost of 300 PLN net for member companies, 500 PLN net for non-members.
2. On the day of the event, upon arrival, each participant will receive an individual meeting schedule.
3. Participants will be divided into groups of up to 10 people. In each group, every participant will introduce themselves to the others in an approximately 2-minute presentation. After about 20 minutes, and after exchanging business cards with other group members, participants will move to the next group according to their individual schedules. The number of groups in which each participant can present their company will depend on the total number of applications received.
4. Participants will be assigned to groups based on the information provided in the application form. However, the organizers do not guarantee meetings with companies from all the sectors selected on the form.
5. Meetings will be conducted in Polish and/or English.
6. Event Costs:
   – Participation for member companies is free of charge, within the limit of available seats (one person per company for both the Speed Mixer and Networking Session).
   – The fee for an additional representative of a member company for the Networking Session is 300 PLN net.
   – The participation fee for companies not associated with the NPCC is 500 PLN net.
   – If all free seats for the Speed Mixer are taken, participation for a member company will also cost 300 PLN net.
7. Due to the limited number of places, participants from NPCC member companies who confirm their attendance but do not take part and fail to cancel by 2 November 2025 will be invoiced 300 PLN net. Participants from non-member companies will be invoiced 500 PLN net.
8. Those interested in participating are requested to complete the registration form by 2 November 2025.
