Taalbureau Eemland was founded by Anna van Dorresteijn-Obutelewicz, a passionate language professional, certified Dutch and Polish language teacher, and sworn translator registered in the official Dutch register of sworn interpreters and translators.
Since arriving in the Netherlands in 2000, Anna has developed a deep love for the Dutch language, as she says, “I fell in love with Dutch.” This passion inspired her to create Taalbureau Eemland, a certified and highly regarded language school that proudly holds all relevant Dutch quality marks and is known for its personal, engaging, and results-oriented approach to teaching.
Anna teaches both Dutch and Polish to students of many nationalities. She offers individual lessons, company courses, and tailor-made workplace training, helping professionals and employees improve communication and integration in the Dutch working environment. In addition, she provides one-on-one mentoring sessions, supporting learners in achieving their personal and professional language goals.
Anna is also the creator and developer of an innovative online platform that makes learning Dutch accessible and enjoyable, especially for Polish-speaking learners. Her modern teaching style and inspiring online presence have made her a well-known figure across social media, where she shares her passion for languages with a wide international audience.
