Our member company Staniek & Partners invites the NPCC community to a free online workshop on the new e-invoicing system (KSeF)!

The implementation of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) has overhauled invoicing procedures in every company. A lack of clear rules and defined responsibilities often leads to “shadow documentation”, payment delays, and significant tax risks.

The goal of this webinar is to provide practical knowledge for operating safely and compliantly within the KSeF environment. We will focus on eliminating operational errors, meeting new JPK_VAT reporting requirements, and demonstrating due diligence in the invoicing process. We will also discuss the sanctions coming into effect in 2027, as well as the rules for handling corrective invoices and foreign documents.
