The webinar is dedicated to representatives of companies from a wide range of sectors, including trade, manufacturing, finance, and construction. It is designed for CFOs, finance directors, board members responsible for finance, chief accountants, and claim managers.

The webinar will focus on how the parties to court proceedings can shape both the final amount of their claims and the costs of the trial. Depending on how the claim is formulated and which procedural tools are used, the financial outcome of the proceedings may vary significantly.

During the session, participants will gain practical insight into the basic stages of court proceedings, the factors that influence the length of civil litigation, and the legal tools that can affect the value of claims, the financial result of the case, and the timing of costs. The webinar will also show how to read communications from lawyers with a better understanding of the financial implications.
