The four-day working week and free Fridays are increasingly discussed in the media, but many employers are unclear about what Polish law currently provides and which solutions are being tested in practice. While Poland has not introduced a universal four-day or 35-hour working week, a government pilot programme is currently testing reduced working-time models without reducing employees’ pay.
The webinar will explain the current regulatory position, the shortened working-time models under consideration, and the practical steps organisations can take to prepare for potential changes.
The session is designed for HR managers, HR directors and business partners, payroll and HR administration specialists, business owners, management teams, and professionals responsible for working-time schedules and remuneration budgets.
