About the reception
The Business Networking Reception will bring together high-level trade delegations comprising:
- Dutch companies participating in the URC 2026 trade mission
- Selected Polish and Ukrainian business partners
- Representatives of governmental institutions and stakeholders involved in Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction
Designed as a networking and matchmaking platform, the reception will foster business dialogue, new partnerships, and cross-border cooperation between Dutch, Polish, and Ukrainian companies. Guests will have the opportunity to connect in an informal setting over refreshments and wine ahead of two days of high-level discussions and events during URC 2026.
All participating companies are active in sectors such as defence, construction, logistics, energy, and med-tech/infrastructure.
