Conference with Von Zanthier: Preventing mobbing and discrimination. A perspective on pay disclosure and ESG regulation

On behalf of the organiser – the law firm VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI, the NPCC cordially invites to the meeting: ‘Preventing mobbing and discrimination. A perspective on payroll disclosure regulation and ESG’, which will be held on Wednesday, 20 November 2024 in an online format, from 10:00 – 15:30. The conference is directed in particular to employer representatives – HR managers and HR heads. Participation is free of charge, registration via the form.

During the meeting, the speakers – Karolina Barałkiewicz-Sokal, Paula Staszak-Urbańska, LL.M., Władysław Grochowski, Marcin Stanecki, Ewa Młynarska, Jacek Hutyra, Edyta Jagodzińska-Pawluk, Nadia Winiarska, Tomasz Kałużny, Maciej Rosa, Michał Pajdak will look at mobbing and discrimination from different perspectives – legal and judicial, psychological as well as from the employers’ perspective. This year we will focus on the question: can effective anti-bullying measures support an organisation in dealing with ESG challenges? The second major topic will be pay transparency: how to set the boundaries of transparency, avoid discrimination and gain a competitive advantage at the same time?
