For the 22nd time, three bilateral chambers of commerce – the German-Polish Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce, and the Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce – are joining forces to create one of Wrocław’s largest and best-known international business networking events.

International Oktoberfest brings together around 1,000 guests from the business community for an evening of international networking, live music, great food, attractions, and surprises. Event partners have the opportunity to promote their brand through on-site visibility, sponsor stands, and direct contact with business representatives and leaders from a wide range of industries.
The formalities will be completed following a positive verification by the organisers, after which you will receive a personalised, single-person, non-transferable admission ticket. Please bring it with you to the event (either printed or as a PDF on your phone) and present it at the entrance.
A few days before the International Oktoberfest, you will receive an information pack about the event, directions and the event programme. For your comfort and the safety of all IO2026 guests, as well as due to the nature of our event, we kindly ask you to arrive by taxi (Topacz Castle is located just 10 km from Wrocław’s Market Square).
Free parking will be available for guests arriving by car. After the event, luxury limousines and minibuses operated by Chauffeur Service will be available to take you to the area around Wrocław’s Market Square.
Important: the entire event area will be treated against mosquitoes the day before IO2026, including the grass, trees and pond, so nothing will disturb the celebrations 😊
The number of places is limited and admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is non-binding. After registering, you will receive confirmation of your participation at the email address provided (a personalised, single-person, non-transferable admission ticket).
Only one registration can be made per email address.
Each NPCC member company is entitled to two single-person admission tickets.
