The Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce invites you to a free webinar with Staniek & Partners on limitation periods and tax-authority tactics in ongoing tax audits and proceedings concerning 2020 and 2021.
A tax audit alone does not stop the limitation period. As the statutory deadline approaches, tax authorities may initiate fiscal penal proceedings to suspend the time bar—a practice that can be challenged. During the webinar, experts will explain which actions can legally affect limitation periods, how to identify instrumental fiscal penal proceedings and how to prepare an effective legal defence.
