We warmly invite you to the second session of the Legal & Tax Knowledge Circle with Gessel – a series designed to explore key legal and tax developments shaping the business landscape.

This time, together with Dominika Ramírez-Wołkiewicz, we will revisit the topic of family foundations, which have already become a well-established part of our legal and business environment.

Drawing on real-life experience and case studies, we will take stock of the most important issues, lessons learned, and common pitfalls encountered when setting up and managing family foundations. We’ll also share practical takeaways and good practices that have proven effective in ensuring that these vehicles serve their purpose, whether that’s asset protection, succession planning, or safeguarding family values across generations.
