We would like to invite you to participate in a workshop hosted by our member, Staniek & Partners.

The goal of this training is to familiarize participants with employee responsibilities towards their employer in the context of modern changes in the labor market. We will discuss the fundamental requirements outlined in the Labor Code, as well as aspects that go beyond legal regulations—such as the employee’s role in shaping organizational culture, the impact of remote work on fulfilling responsibilities, and ethical considerations related to teamwork.
The training will be led by a labor law specialist who will also explain the employer’s options in cases where employees fail to meet their obligations, providing expert guidance based on current laws and legal practices.
