The 6th edition of the nationwide “Praktycy dla HR” conference, organised by VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI, will take place under the theme “Time for Transparent HR.”

The conference will focus on pay transparency and equal pay, workplace bullying, discrimination and the practical HR challenges resulting from changing legal requirements. Experts from employment law, HR, psychology and equality policies will share practical insights through presentations, discussions and case studies.

The event will also present the findings of the “Safe at Work. Good Practices for Employers” initiative, focused on creating safer and more respectful workplaces.
