ED Invest S.A. is a polish development company based in Warsaw, operating on the real estate market since 2003. The company mainly carries out multi- and single-family construction, both on entrusted land and on its own land. The main area of activity of ED Invest S.A. is Warsaw's Gocław, where, in cooperation with the Gocław-Lotnisko Housing Cooperative and the Orlik-Jantar Housing Cooperative, it has built several large residential and service investments, including almost 3,000 apartments. Since October 2010, ED Invest has had the status of a public company and is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company is a member of the Polish Association of Developer Companies, the Polish Association of Construction Employers and has a Developer's Certificate.
