LeaderMed B.V. is a limited liability company and was founded in 2014, as a member of leading capital group operating in medical sector worldwide – Mercator Medical Group.
The company performs holding and financing activities. We are based in The Hague, Netherlands and registered in Business Register of Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under CCI number 61164496.
The Group combines both manufacturing and distribution capabilities and is quoted since 2013 on Warsaw Stock Exchange (PLMRCTR00015).
Our investments portfolio:
- subsidiaries of Mercator Group located worldwide, from Thailand to France,
- companies operating in medical and real estate sector
- financial investments, which are designed to diversify our portfolio
