SoDA is an association of Polish technology companies that develop software and provide a wide range of services related to IT outsourcing to customers from all over the world. Our organization was founded in 2018, currently, we associate 100 companies with Polish and foreign capital that operate throughout the whole country and employ over 10,000 employees in Poland. We unite a very broad pool of highly qualified engineers and experts with extensive experience and set of technical skills. Our mission is to integrate and develop the Polish IT industry and represent its interests. We develop cooperation and exchange of knowledge between our member companies and promote Poland as a leading global market in the field of software development and outsourcing of IT services. Every year, together with our partners, we organize dozens of training sessions, webinars and networking meetings for our member companies and IT companies in Poland.
