With the greatest pleasure we wish to invite you to join the 15th edition of The NPCC Orange Ball – our flagship event during which we combine the perfect opportunity for networking with the top-tier of Polish and Dutch business society, charity fundraising and great fun.

Most importantly, the Orange Ball remains committed to giving back to the community. During the gala, we will collect funds for the carefully selected charity foundation. This year’s cause is “Home Forever” project conducted by the Lepszy Start Foundation.
Lepszy Start Foundation – Home Forever
People with autism receive government support until the age of 24. After that, they often struggle to find appropriate housing and care. Relief homes are not prepared to accept wards who require individual support. As a result, many adults with autism end up living with aging parents or being placed in psychiatric hospitals, which prevents them from having a dignified adult life.
Knowing how many difficulties people with autism and their families have to face – we consistently strive to improve the quality of life of our charges by providing education, work – and above all – a roof over their heads while meeting their basic needs. Therefore, the foundation has set its goal – the implementation of the ‘Home Forever’ project.
“Home Forever,” as it is called, will be a safe residence for adults with autism, where, under the guidance of specialists, they will get not only good care, but also opportunity for employment. The next steps of the project include an adoption school, as well as a work and therapy home for our adult charges. These are all far-fetched plans, but every work has a beginning, and every construction has its first shovel driven in.
Thanks to the support of the Orange Ball 2022 participants, we have made significant progress in the construction of the building over the past few months. Our next goal is to raise funds for the installation of doors and windows!
We want the residents of the “Home Forever” to have their own place on earth, where they can live and grow old in dignity, as well as work and function safely… forever.
