The training is a practical compendium for HR departments that need to adapt their processes to upcoming changes in employment law. The year ahead will also bring significant challenges for Compliance teams.
During the session, we’ll discuss a strategic approach to building a job architecture and reviewing pay structures in light of forthcoming pay transparency. We’ll show how to develop an effective, legally compliant whistleblowing policy and how to manage workplace bullying/harassment proactively. Participants will also learn how to deliberately separate two spheres—the employee sphere (employment-contract model) and the contractor sphere (B2B model). Together, we’ll review the policies, contracts, and internal procedures that will require updates.
