“Time for Pay Equality!”/ „Czas na równość płac!”  is a free online conference dedicated entirely to preventing workplace mobbing (psychological harassment) and discrimination. The main theme of this year’s 5th edition is preventing pay discrimination in the context of the EU Pay Transparency and Equal Pay Directive. On 26 November 2025, experts in labour law, HR, and equality policies will discuss the latest regulations, case law, and practical methods for implementing pay transparency in organisations.
